On the one hand, it’s good that they are no longer supporting Trump. But on the other hand, they were all on board with all the horrible stuff until it impacted them personally. And because they never realized the problem with Trump before it hurt them, they are likely to fall for it again next time

that is a good point. it is really troubling the people who are only denouncing MAGA now that gas prices are increased. but there are some republicans i know who are converting due to other troubling policy decisions outside of what just effects them who i think should be welcomed better into the light of reason.
