No, he was arrested for leaking confidential government reports to Epstein that Epstein could’ve profited from while Andrew was a trade envoy, in addition to photos that clearly show him over an unconscious woman. It’s disingenuous to say they arrested him for simply knowing Epstein. This man has documentation showing he abused women and his public office. Not supporting him or defending Trump, but “ties to Epstein” isn’t an arrestable offense.

well it could be andrew’s repeated abuse of children, as documented in the epstein files and has been public knowledge for some years now. downplaying the severity of having ties to Epstein is definitely a choice, to say the least.

I think 2 might be at least hinting at the fact that this isn’t related to his actual abuse of women and girls. This is basically like a classified documents or corruption case. Not exactly justice, but it’s a step. Maybe some more info will come up as they investigate

ahh I appreciate the clarification! Apologies #2. It’s absolutely wild that they’re bringing charges of misconduct in office (well, allegedly, since he hasn’t actually been charged yet) but refused to even mention sexual abuse/sexual misconduct. like they only give a fuck that he gave state secrets to Epstein, but doesn’t give a fuck at all about the sexual abuse of minors?

The police and prosecutors might not be able to talk about stuff they haven’t brought charges for yet. They actually didn’t name him (unsure if that’s normal). But apparently they punish corruption way worse than we do 💀

Not naming the arrested is common in the UK (cringe)

Yeah it’s the same thing Peter mandelson did, leaking state secrets to Epstein. They’re probably going to do a full investigation and see if they can charge him with sexual misconduct/abuse with all the documentation of him out there. But the low-hanging fruit is the abuse of office charge, it’s pretty cut and dry for that I’d say.

Yeah no shit #3😂 also it’s “Epstein”, you look like an idiot misspelling a name that’s been in the news so much recently. Do you even follow the news, or read books? Anyways, your comment doesn’t change my (correct) assertion that having ties to Epstein is an arrestable offense. Should mark Cuban be jailed because he almost bought a plane from Epstein?

They probably think he’s not a flight risk. Which I understand tbh

The documentation in the Epstein files show Trump and Musk as wanting to go the wildest party Epstein has to offer...

And they won't even investigate co-conspirators
