i just want to go and tell all the people that went before us, AIDS is reversible now, people with HIV can live long normal lives and have unprotected sex, there are HIV-preventative drugs out there and you can get them for free, we made a better world and i only wish you could have lived to see it and piss on reagan’s grave

It can’t be cured but medications can now lower the virus in the body to the point that the immune system functions normally

AIDS is reversible back into HIV, and about seven (although the number is still debated) people have been reported cured of HIV

I knew about the few people who were cured but being able to reverse AIDS back to HIV is awesome
