as a black person, i rlly didn’t think it was a racial issue. it seems like another instance of a violent man harming an innocent women. we know men are the violent ones, regardless of race. 80% of violent crimes are committed by men so it feels like the situation is being turned into reason to hate black people rather than looking into the men who think they can just do heinous shit to women that being said there’s nothing to defend. what happened was sickening.
