I expect it to be easier to get a ccw permit considering the verdict of Bruin in the Supreme Court The ruling struck down New York’s “may-issue” permit law, requiring states to use clear, objective “shall-issue” standards to grant concealed carry permits, upholding the Second Amendment. Yet only 0.2% of the RI population has been approved and the state continues to accept permits from no other state in the country despite 20 other states saying Rhode Island’s permit is valid in their state
