When things like slavery is brought up and how white people also fought to free slaves you look or any general good, you look at white people as a monolith.

Yeah. When I type this stuff out, I try to use more ambiguous wording like “a lot” or “many” to avoid generalizing

I’m pretty sure many understood that I was not generalizing but for those who felt the opposite can just look at the previous replies. I didn’t use language indicative of generalizing.
