It’s really the lack of shit bags the local community has ig 😭 that and being stuck behind them on these roads At least over in Lancaster or Ohio it’s all flat land long lines of sight so you can safely pass them at a moderate speed, where I am it’s way too hilly and windy to pass them so you’ll be stuck for 20 minutes to get to the end of a 3 mile road

religious org = no taxes and they also have entire business enterprises. huge markets, construction services, carpentry, pretty much anything else you can imagine. funnily enough, this is also how the Chinese are in Northeast Philly (specifically mayfair). They were buying houses like crazy with cash “as is.” Going door to door just asking to purchase their home. The offers were high enough that people were taking that cash and moving from row homes into single family homes
