multibillion dollar company i work for has begun cutting our benefits at a rapid pace. i have placed nearly 600 applications on indeed alone, along with multiple others on real company sites. the system is failing us and it will continue to do so as long as there are people like you trying to defend it
Yes, the job market has changed, and gotten significantly worse for new grads than it was a few years ago. Comp packages are also facing pretty strong downward pressure or stagnating even for those who get hired. So I don’t know why you’re arguing as if things aren’t getting objectively tougher for young people in this economy
