That’s because you have a very small frame of reference. The fact that he got his healthcare plan into action—supermajority or not—makes underachieving a literal impossibility.

At the very least we were lucky to have him growing up to show us how a president should carry himself.
He was an amazing speaker, and whether you agreed with him or not, he was always worth listening to even if it was just for how articulate he was
