They’re not criticizing. People are celebrating someone’s death that was uncalled for whether you agreed or disagreed with his beliefs. It’s unprofessional to do this, and most people getting fired have stuff like this in contracts where you have to maintain a manner of professionalism and you can’t make abhorrent comments on stuff like this
