I think that comes from people who don’t know what they’re talking about spewing a bunch of idealistic nonsense that spits in the face of most people with no actual concept of reality or plan to do it. For example, the people who throw around “free gov healthcare” without acknowledging the tons of other problems it can bring (and the fact that it usually only works when someone (us) funds their military and other sectors).
