Please read before downvoting me: I’m a conservative and I have to be honest. Obama’s Iran deal was slandered for giving money to Iran, but Trump’s Iran deal is horrendous and gives $300 billion of taxpayer money to the Iranian government.

While removing all of our sanctions and leverage against Iran. I can’t believe I’m saying this but Obama was a way better negotiator and had better diplomacy towards Iran than Trump.

So technically, it’s not taxpayer money. It’s supposed to be some kind of private reconstruction fund sourced from firms in the Gulf states, but that only makes this marginally better. The issue in the first place is that this regime we were at war with is now getting $300 billion

Is this related to what I heard about Trump saying something would be funded by a sponsor only for info to be leaked that there was no sponsor so it would be taxpayer money? Or is that a whole other can of worms?
