Imo yes (people are running to safe havens), but also, people think that silver is lately undervalued compared to gold, and is now correcting. There are silver shortages in other countries, causing the price to drive up. Silver is also a piece in the semiconductor puzzle. And then there’s inflation and the devaluation of the dollar
