what they said. the private prison system is a form of slave labor. one of the few exceptions to the 13th amendment’s ban on slavery is in prison. ur still right though, in the sense that the Trump Administration is arresting individuals on a mass scale when the crime rates are the lowest they’ve been in decades and starting labor camps.
