By “not 1 to 1” I mostly meant the optics and underlying circumstances differ. Obviously different groups are at risk between the two. The optics are different, as Hitler blamed the Jewish population of Germany for their German loss in WWI, whereas Trump is claiming that we’re being “invaded” by illegal immigrants. What I mean by their similarity is that the methods used to “fix” the issues are near identical.

If it’s preventable and treatable and they didn’t do that, then yes absolutely. If they catch the disease due to poor sanitation, yes absolutely.
