We won’t know anything with any degree of certainty until it goes to court. Personally I haven’t looked into the case yet, and won’t until that point because there’s a firehose of incomplete information right now and you can’t be very sure what’s accurate.

I think a lot of people are also not realizing this is just a civil suit as of right now and the criminal investigation JUST opened so it’s hard to make any opinion on the case with the information available to the public.
