like we never had an issue with ICE before because they were strategically doing the deportations and actually doing it how trump claimed he was going to do it. they didn’t hunt ransom people down. they actually worked with the immigrants to find the criminals. a kid got deported from the high school I went to and had been here since he was 1. he’s in ecuador now and his family is here. they never did that shit before because they didn’t care to. it wasn’t the point.
