I’m sorry, but if random tiktoks are deeply affecting your emotions, you need to take a break. What to do in the case of a pregnancy going wrong is a deeply personal conversation between that person, their loved ones, and their doctor.

it is indeed between them and their doctor. yet every single thing that has come out of politics this year has made me sad. doesn’t mean i need to take a step back, it means i have empathy and understanding for my neighbor.

the person in the tik tok decided to make that statement because of adriana smith, a 30 year-old nurse and mother, who was about nine weeks pregnant in february when doctors declared her brain dead after she suffered a medical emergency. she’s been on life support since to support the baby because of the georgia LIFE law. unfortunately, because of the overturning of roe v wade the government is very involved in these decisions and it is a political statement.
