Yea though they at least saw jail, and were in there for about as long as they would have been convicted of actually tried. I think any violent protester (also known as a rioter) should be charged with the fullest extent of the law. Peacefully protest all you want about anything but violence is not protected.

If the state commits violence against us we have a right to commit violence against the state

Wdym?? What Violence has the state committed to its citizens. It is arresting criminals and sending them to prison if they gang members, murders, r*pist, and deporting them if their crime is entering the country illegally. These people are not citizens and they are being being processed for committing crimes. The officers of the law only were violent to Americans when they physically interfered with their arrest or job, assaulted them, or started rioting.

The state committed violence in 2020 with their “unbiased” rhetoric in the media.

He was released after a couple of hours, police sometimes make mistakes, but he was detained for obstructing an arrest, which he said he denied, so reports are conflicted, but people being detained for obstructing an arrest legitimately or illegitimately happens all the time and if was illegitimate, then sue.
