Is it that crazy to suggest that the same policies that succeed with a very specific demographic and high public trust would not work 1:1 with a country with a completely different population and culture with public trust tumbling?

That’s not the issue. The mere combination of words that created #1’s sentence indicate they don’t actually understand the intent, implementation, and history behind either country’s politics.

The leader of Poland has directly stated that they are going more isolationist as a result of the mass migration they see affecting other countries around them. This is what #1 is referencing, and seems quite apt. What are you suggesting?
