Yeah too bad the republicans only play is to blame others no matter if they actually held office, had agency, or not

I have had so many liberals argue with me over Trump and call people names for voting for him. Like we can change the election with one damn vote

Your vote matters and you voted for Trump. That’s okay to say 😭

I didn’t say that it didn’t matter. I said that my vote is just one singular vote. He would’ve won whether I voted or not

the issue I have with this mindset is that it is becoming popular, ya know? if every young adult started going “my vote doesn’t matter” or “i’m not voting bc the republicans suck and the democrats suck too” then we will basically never make any real progress. more young adults like us don’t want to deal with the “lesser of two evils” even though that is LITERALLY voting lmfao

if those young adults who wanted progress were ONLY given democrat and republican and HAD to choose, they’d likely vote democrat which is **streotypically** more progressive/forward thinking aka more modern progress remove them entirely from voting because “it doesn’t matter” or “both suck” then republicans basically will always win

If you add up all the people who say “he wouldve won whether i voted or not” and then subtract all those votes from him, he wouldnt have won lmao

The real fumble was that the dems were pro-war/pro-Israel and alienated the anti-war/Arab/Muslim/pro-Palestine voting blocs, which turned out to be much larger than they expected i think. Turns out foreign policy matters to a lot of people, and when both parties choose the same foreign policy, all those people wont vote for either party!

Its almost as if anti-war voters have values and dont just vote based on progressive “vibes” lmao

good points all around lol voting matters a lot because he won by decently small margins in some states, but good god will it be hard to really encourage and convince people it is important just hope dems learn because republicans will probably throw their money at Vance and honestly he’s scarier to me than Trump.
