Yet studies have proven otherwise? Black ppl on average get harsher and longer sentences for the same crime compared to white ppl and were more likely to be arrested, tried, and convicted of a crime we didn’t commit. Were more likely to be arrested and questioned for a crime just because we were in the vicinity of where it happened
