Charlie conveniently forgot about obscene speech, which IS restricted by the US Government. (granted it just means you can’t send people porn but the point still stands)

I’m just wondering how they’re gonna dance around with the wording to only restrict “hate speech” against straight cis white men, evangelical christians, and israel (not even judaism as a whole)
