I have a strong interest in pseudohistorical misinformation, and I do think it is very prevalent within the black community. Part of it i think is an innate distrust of the government and of white academia. But it is also very common among white people too, particularly in the more dudebro space. Joe Rogan types essentially. TikTok as a whole is just full of complete misinformation. Plus you have the whole ecosystem of maga misinformation too.
