Its still a socioeconomic problem because whites making 10k compared to blacks live in different places. Cops are 100x more likely to patrol and respond to anything in black neighborhoods compared to blacks. Even as you go up in money made its the same thing. End the system cycle of legal segregation and homicide rates might go down. from then to now the trend stands.

not even just that. when you are conditioned and told that you are morally wrong and looked down upon common sense would tell you that you should be better but the human brain automatically thinks maybe this is just how i am meant to be. Its not a race thing it is a nurturing mindset passed down from everyone around you.

Probably? Ts is too old for most of the Republican party 🥀
