Look at what Dems did to SF and LA with the $0 jail bond and soft on crime policies. Cops don’t even carry tasers in SF bc people said it would cause police brutality. The streets look like a UN refugee camp. I live in CA and things have gotten sooooo bad

So I have this boomer MAGA coworker who was talking about his trip to SF to visit a friend. He was genuinely surprised that SF wasn’t the hellscape that all of his conservative news sources told him it was. He realized that SF is like most major cities in the U.S., there’s nice areas, okay areas, & there’s rough areas & SF as a whole was not anything close to as bad as what he had been fed about it for years.

I low key feel you. Growing up in SoCal my whole life has me hating the weather in most parts of the U.S. I’m pretty well traveled as far as the U.S. goes & damn I legit hating being outside in most other states if it isn’t Spring when I’m visiting.
