Ignore it by moving to a city if you live in a suburb there’s a lot less political extremism in cities because it’s not where everyone knows everyone and it benifits your health that’s a good start

I don’t know how anyone ignores it tbh, my dad is leftish but refuses to admit there’s a genocide going on in Gaza and even that drives me up the wall
