The bodily autonomy argument is a classic, and I have never seen a satisfying Pro-Life answer to it. You are not required to donate a kidney. You have two, and you only need one. It would save a life. You are not required to donate organs after death, either. So your corpse has more autonomy than a woman has in some states.
