that’s not what i said nor what he said either. i agree that we need stricter gun laws but it raises the question of what would be violating the second amendment and what wouldn’t, and also remembering that there’s absolutely NO way to get guns out of criminals’ hands

did you watch the clip where he stated that. he compared it to cars and the amount of deaths that come from driving. 50,000 people lose their lives on the roads every year. mind you it’s not cars faults, its the people driving. anyway, in the video he says are we just gonna take away driving? no. the convenience and benefits unfortunately outweigh the negatives. same with guns. it’s the people not the guns themselves. it’s to keep our second amendment right. it’s to protect us from criminals.
