Who said “the American way is superior?” The only ppl who argue for the age of consent being lowered are older ppl who want younger ppl. I as a 22 year old am not arguing for the age of consent to be lowered. What would be the purpose?

1.u didn’t and have NEVER asked me this 2.it isn’t. Personally if it were up to me I’d raise the age of consent because 18 year olds are still hella immature imo. I also never said that America is superior to all European countries that’s another strawman argument. In America the age of consent depends on the state. Some states it’s 18 and some states it drops to 16 so America isn’t superior to them at all lmao
