It’s not that I think that ghosts are real in the sense that they’re like… the spirit of a person who died just wandering around. But like… if you consider the soul a source of energy, it has to go somewhere when we die right? So maybe that feeling of cold that we equate with ghosts is just residual energy left behind by the energy of what is allegedly referred to as a soul. Like how there’s still technically juice in a battery after it dies

It’s complicated I think, I would imagine its almost like a trickle down charge from the mothers soul energy over the nine months of pregnancy

I actually wrote a short story about death and life only meeting when a mother dies in childbirth and finding a mutual love with each other over grief that was pretty fun to write but now I’m just spamming notifications so I’ll stop talking
