I didn’t see OOP but I do think there’s a valid conversation to be had here about medical misogyny and the lack of research into conditions that primarily affect women and AFAB people. It’s one that’s even worse now that they’ve released the federal funding blacklist that bands studies using words like “women” from receiving funding.

Yeah like imma be real the OP of the original post dumb for that comment but men have way more research on their bodies than women do, like I’d love to see more endometriosis studies and stuff for women because I feel as though our bodies aren’t understood as well

Like I say this with only good intent but this board skews pretty heavily male and i think there’s a pattern where even some of the progressive conversations here have some blind spots when it comes to structural misogyny etc.
