Otherwise I agree there’s like, no big conservative art lol. The popularity of country music persists bc of how formulaic it is (not that there’s NEVER innovation in country of course)

also idk what Bob Dylan’s views are now but at the time he was writing his biggest stuff he was for sure not conservative lol. he slotted in real nicely with the guthries and he was friends with Allen Ginsberg
