If a job pays less than $15/hour I don’t want it. NH minimum wage is $7.25 but we’re still in fucken New England, it’s not fucken cheap to live here. Most low rung jobs still only pay between $9 and $13 an hour. Not livable unless you don’t pay rent.

If you had tried migrating into MA from a shithole country a year or two ago you could have been living in a luxury hotel with $30k to spend

at least y’all’s state has a minimum wage. SC doesn’t even legislate on a minimum wage, hence the need for the federal minimum wage

I can’t wait to move there. I would just live in southern NH and commute to MA but all the conservatards from MA move there to take advantage of the tax sitch.

I mean I would do it purely in self interest but I cannot stand the conservatives that have migrated up here. Just as shitty and loud and obnoxious as the rest of MA with unnecessary pavement princesses and terrible road skills. At that point I’d rather just live in MA proper.

If the roads weren't already bad enough you gotta take into account the type of people on them too 😆

NERP!!! I mean in the high cost of living ones you might get $15-17 😍 but like not for the extra low roles

Where I lived in Mass the average house was like a million dollars I find that hard to believe

And then in less desirable areas it’s still about $1600-$2k for a 1 bedroom. My dad rents a studio for himself in bumfuck Loudon north of Concord and that is $1.4k a month

Well NH has no state income tax but some of the highest property taxes in order to shift tax burden from workers to property owners. Could be higher.
