 I am a Leftist but I like the 2nd Amendment. The Founders meant canons and muskets, which sounds tame but you have to understand that those weapons were the standard military equipment of the day. So the founders meant guns fit for the US military.

i support gun ownership. an armed working class has more agency. i hate gun owners who get weird/overly excited about using their guns on others. violence is a sad reality to be accepted, not an exciting thing to be fantasized about.
