accountable for what? all of the shit they were protesting were stupid and legitimately things he cant do. thats not holding him accountable thats being overly reactive to nothing and scapegoating someone

Yeah I was aware of that one and also think it’s absurd to criticize him for attending an oct 7th vigil. I was speaking about people’s rights to protest the synagogue security bill but just looked into it and 2 is totally right, wasn’t in his hands so he really not his fault

I was just generally saying that we shouldn’t refrain from criticizing people just because they’re some of the best folks we have in power. But in this case specifically I see yalls point, he’s not really at fault here whatsoever

the only points of valid criticism (that i saw) of zohran that have come up recently is the continued existence of the srg nypd unit and tisch still having her job. zohran probably shouldve gotten rid of them with the idea new mayor new police commissioner being normal, but unfortunately zohran is playing the politics game where hes waiting for a standout reason to get rid of them so the police lobby and unions arent so upset. makes sense but sucks.
