 It’s insane to me that you can visit Colorado and smoke bowl after bowl with no repercussions and then go back home to Texas or something and get slammed with fines and jail time for carrying it,

So why does the government get to dictate its legality at the federal level? Sure the states is fine on your basis of states rights but why then should this plant with researched benefits still put on the same scale of danger as heroin? Meth is lower on the schedule scale than weed and it has been debunked it has no medicinal value.

Weed is ranked class 1 bc it was lobbied for by pharmaceutical companies due to its medicinal properties.

Yeah that sounds about right. Why give people access to something that betters their lives and keeps them off pills and whatever crap the pharmacies want you on. That they can keep putting you on. And draining your wallet for profit. It’s disgusting
