I do constituent services for a Democrat, let me tell you the difference is night and day. Republicans in other states are denying Democrats from entering Town Halls. A local Republican senator is forcing out public transit to slash services in half
Democrats vote to help people. Republicans vote to harm people.

If you call to demand that the senator funds the transit authority, his constituent service staff will only say “He takes public transit and it is important to him.” BUT HE WONT VOTE TO FUND IT.

As someone who also works for a politician, it’s absolutely night and day. Republicans did ZERO to help their constituents with their state unemployment claims during COVID

99% of all proposed bills on a state level are usually some trivial awareness day/week, like we have a “Low dam head safety awareness day.” But some of his impactful proposed bills this year include expansion of senior death benefits, college student renting rights, and tax writeoffs for small businesses
