I have the same reaction to this as I do to mass shootings. It's fucking abhorrent, terrifying for the state of our country, and it's a situation where you should respect the victims and their families regardless of what you may have thought of what they've done in life.

Oh I agree 100%. I dont feel too much for HIM, but I feel awful for his family and anyone who saw it in person. I just wanted to point out whats so wrong with us in moments like this

I think the real reason this is getting sooo much attention is because look how many people witnessed it and how many cameras were out already filming. It’s not that it’s more devastating but because it by default has a large number of eyes on it to begin with. If he had been killed like in a home invasion in his sleep for example, you’d hear about it but I don’t think to this degree whatsoever. It’s the nature of it being so public to begin with
