You are welcome to go to the many places of the world that do not have national control and build your utopia. Off the top of my head there’s a place in Central America on the east side near where it joins South America, several spots in the Horn of Africa, and I’m told there’s several “sovereign states” within Columbia that do not acknowledge the nation of Columbia as an authority.
