The Florida senate and house both have more democrats now than they have since the 1990s. The Republican super majority is flat out gone. Angie lost by 2% in a state where democrats normally lost by around 15%, and she can run again in 2 years. She did that with basically 0 funding from the Democratic Party, about $8 million vs the republican’s $28 million. That’s not the kind of turn out you throw away just because the word “socialist” sounds scary by conventional politics.
