The third is just objectively less important.

Because if we had to defend ourselves from the government then they were probably already infringing on our rights thus a war or rebellion would occur with or without the second amendment.

It’s sort of like saying that u can jaywalk if there are no cars on the road in the vicinity and no crosswalk. A person walking would do it regardless of it being allowed or not if they need too

I disagree cuz they could legally enter and search ur home without reason. It’s an invasion of privacy and would disproportionately hurt POCs. Especially Hispanic ppl in this day and age
