Shooting an individual driving a moving vehicle in a populated area is a no no for every law enforcement agency. We can see in one of the videos the car takes off because the driver is no longer in control after she is shot. He’s lucky no bystanders were actually hit or killed.

There was contact though and I highly doubt he wasn't expecting it. Ice agents get assaulted all the time.

From the DOJ website and before you come after me for the last section. He was able to move out of the way, and he fired shots after the vehicle was no longer heading in his direction meaning the vehicle was no longer a threat. -Sincerely, 🐏
