They’re the high functioning ones. I’m sure parents would love for there to be a cure for their nonverbal children though — that’s kind of where this leucovorin thing came from. It has worked in a limited group of kids that have an autoimmune condition that causes a vitamin deficiency

I think whatever procedure they suggest in the future will cause an inordinate amount of pain or discomfort unfortunately
