I honestly don’t think they have any intentions to leave NATO. The current administration says a lot of bullshit which ends up just being wordplay. I don’t know exactly what they want from this. But I would bet one of their reasons is to make Europe more militarized in the face of fear. Poland is already talking about their own nuclear device.
