Not exactly but he’s been held liable for actual sexual assault, he’s been recorded multiple times entering dressing rooms and staring at the women, he’s stolen inheritance money from his recently fatherless niece and then sued her for deformation, he’s disrespected soldiers and veterans multiple times on live TV and in front of their faces, he’s a convicted felon of some 30 counts, he’s illegally revoking legal immigration paperwork for racist agendas

He’s literally just anti American, and him saying otherwise doesn’t change the fact that his ACTIONS speak louder than his words, and his actions say that he’s a racist, greedy, sexist, rapist, fascist, conman elitist. It was a civil case so it was more the judge found he was guilty of defamation by calling her a liar, and the jury found him liable for the sexual assault, even though she didn’t remember when it happened, or where it happened, or how it happened, and when on Anderson Cooper she called the idea of rape “sexy” and she had a track record of accusing other famous people of the same thing, and she was joking about buying jet skis with the money she won… yeah totally legit.

So he’s been held liable for sexual assault and for defamation of the victim after the fact. There must have been enough evidence for them to have moved the charges from tape to sexual assault still, meaning that almost certainly there was some form of sexual assault involved, denying that at this point is pure speculation against jury rulings with no evidence except the defendants continued emphasis on innocence
