As someone who works in oil and gas, this would take years upon years to accomplish, also completely ignoring the fact that bombs are dropping everywhere in that area. It’s not as simple as: “jUSt BuILd THiS pIPeLiNe!”

Pumping oil up and down those extreme elevation shifts requires massive, expensive pumping stations and creates immense pressure on the pipe joints, increasing the risk of leaks or bursts.

You cannot simply lay a pipe on sand that moves. Constant shifting requires deep trenching or elevated supports, both of which are exponentially more expensive in a shifting sea of dunes that can reach heights of 250 meters.
