Again to be clear I am incredibly happy businesses are willing to hire people with criminal records and always support reintegration. But how can you have an ad explicitly state nobody without experience is allowed to apply for a SALAD BAR RESTAURANT and the next sentence say “criminal records are fine”. Why do we hate young people SO FUCKING MUCH

Honestly anyone younger than 30 I’m learning. I fully believe the reason I still haven’t gotten a career related job is bc I show up for the interview and I’m clearly in my 20s and never get a call back
