First amendment, second amendment fourth amendment, fifth amendment, 10th amendment. The bill of rights (the first 10 amendments) is part of the constitution. The bill of rights was specifically created to protect the people against tyrannical governments in the aftermath of the founding father’s experience under British colonial rule. We are living under a regime that does not care about the rights given to us by the constitution.
