i have a problem with both but only in that i have food allergies and both are pretty close to what i need but not exactly so i sit in this pit of damn i wish they did a little more or something a little differently so i could just eat at all of their places

A LOT of people are getting mad that tilamook (who makes cheese) puts the halal logo on their cheeses that are certified halal. Claiming it’s part of the Islamic takeover and everything like that To elaborate on why it was on a cheese is bc some places use rennet or enzymes from animals rather than bacteria, and if it’s from an animal the animal has to be halal. Milk is a pure substance and is taken from the animal while alive so it’s halal by default
